Yum yum yum!! The food is delicious and they did a wonderful job redecorating. It's nice to have some options in town! I know we all have our favorite restaurant here but it's ok to try something new. Get the sweetened plantains, they are as good as any we've had in Central America! I want to go just for dessert one day because the portions here are so large they don't leave much room at the end of the meal and the dessert menu looks really delicious.
My wife and I had a wonderful time. It was super busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly. There was one gentleman, I believe he may have been the owner, who made sure everything was to our liking. The mango glazed salmon looked amazing and, according to my wife, tasted wonderful. I can not recall the name of my dish, but it had chicken, pineapple, cheese, and tortillas. It was perfect. I can not recommend it highly enough and am glad to see a new business in Louisburg, NC.
First time going and the food was absolutely delicious! The birria rolls are heavenly, the guac is fresh, and the mango glazed salmon was so delicious I wanted to take another to go! The inside is beautifully decorated and the servers were all friendly and attentive. 11/10 recommend going!
Celebrated my birthday at Agave in Louisburg today with a delicious lunch. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and customer service. The staff were so friendly and the owner even stopped by to join the family photo. Looking forward to my next visit!
